DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:


A) FOR FIT BOOKINGS (up to 4 cabins)


25% deposit is required upon confirmation (except premium dates) 


50% deposit is required upon confirmation  for premium dates


Full balance is due not later than 30 days prior to embarkation date.


In the event of booking cancellation, written notice must be received by the company.


The following cancellation policy will be applied:


21 to 15 days prior to embarkation date   25%  cancellation charges applied 


14 to 8 days prior to embarkation date   50 % cancellation charges applied 


Less than 07 days prior to embarkation date   75% cancellation  charges applied

B)  FOR GROUPS (above 5 cabins) 


25% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation (except premium dates)


50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation  for premium dates


Full balance is due not later than 30 days prior to embarkation date


In the event of booking cancellation, written notice must be received by the company.


The following cancellation policy will be applied:


45 to 31 days prior to embarkation date  25% cancellation charges applied 


30 to 22 days prior to embarkation date   50%  an cellation charges applied


Less than 21 days prior to embarkation date 75%  cancellation charges applied 




EXCURSIONS & GUIDE POLICY


A)The following rates per person per cruise in  Euro & dollars  based on  guaranteed English speaking guide regardless number of passengers (as per our cruise program )


B)In case tour operator provides his own guide :-


1-From 1 to 9 paying passengers Guide accommodation Euro 20.00 per night .Guiding fees will be paid by the tour operator .


2-From 10 paying passengers & more Guide accommodation will be free of charge (in standard guide cabins , sharing other tour guides ).


TOUR LEADER POLICY


Every 20 paying passenger, the 21st, will be free in half double 


accommodation with maximum of 2 persons free regardless of group  size.

CHILDREN POLICY


Less than 4 years old child is totally free of charge sharing same parent's cabin with maximum one child per cabin.


From 4 years old to 11.99 years old child sharing parent's cabin will pay 50 per cent of the adult rate with maximum one child per cabin.


Two children will occupy one cabin, pay one single cabin rate


One adult & one child in one cabin, the adult will pay single rate and


The child will pay 30 per cent of the single rate.
